Tim Clemente, Sr

In 2005, in a wooded ravine near Quantico Marine Corps Base, Virginia, home of the FBI Academy, the first-ever live-fire, run-and-shoot obstacle course was born. Its centerpiece is the 40' climbing, rappelling, shooting, and fast-roping tower and bridge, which allows for four-stories of diverse training iterations, with multiple routes up and down, including ship stairs, climbing wall, climbing ropes, caving ladders, and a cargo net.

The brainchild of Tim Clemente, Sr, who long ago despised the low-caliber, low-expectations, and low-outcome of most tactical training facilities.

The objective at Combatics is to replicate the urgency of combat.

Clients include Civilians, LEO's, Military, and Corporate groups.

Ropes, ramps, bridges, climbing ropes, ladders, stairs, cargo nets, and other obstacles conspire together to add difficulty and physical stress.

Most obstacles offer multiple approaches and traverses.

The course is oriented going uphill to add to the inherent misery.

Whether it's up and over bridges, logs, and stairs, or across the horizontal ropes, no route is any easier than another.

Limited field-of-view on all targets, limits firing positions.

Specified shooting positions allow for controlled fields of fire.

In addition to the live-fire obstacle course, there are plenty of other AR500 steels targets arrayed around the course.
